The way I read this is it will start changing next JAD and our test period to fix extra board ( HU NO only) will be the 30th so for the next two or three bid periods tell all to check their bids for extra board.

Dear Sirs,

Due to the extra list programming change that will be going into effect later this month and beginning next month

I have been instructed that all turn numbers on the extra lists must have "00" as the first 2 characters. Many of

the extra lists have had the same turn numbers since the Bid system was started, I am in the process of

changing the extra lists and having the EBS clerks change the advertisement. You may want to instruct your

members to re-examine their bid cards and make any necessary changes until the programming goes into

effect. After it is in place it won't matter account they will not be bidding on turn numbers, just the extra list.
