Any one who has had guarantee dedtucted from there pay please summit a claim under code HS on the 03 screen. Us the wording below in the text explaintion.

"This is a claim for the restoration of the carrier's offset from my auarantee in the pay peroid ending        _______ __,2009. My guarantee was improperly offset in violation of paragraph (2)(f) of Side Letter No. 20 to the 1986 National Agreement (Award of Arbitration Board No. 458). "
